COMMUNITY REMINDERS
Keeping our neighborhood beautiful and values high!
1) No overnight street parking.​​
2) Please keep mailboxes clean and gold house numbers bright and shiny.
3) Maintain shutters. Please keep interior blinds uniform across the front of your house.
4) Keep grass and beds weed free.
5) Replace pine straw or mulch at least once a year by March.
6) Please do not go above 20mph on our streets and stop at all stop signs.
7) Please remove garbage within 24 hours of trash pickup. Trash cans must be screened from street view.
8) Please reference our community covenants for violations and fines.
